When you use this website, our servers (which may be hosted by a third party service provider) may collect information indirectly and automatically (through, for example, the use of your “IP address”) about your activities while visiting the site, including the web pages you view and the times you view them and information about the browser you are using. We do not link browsing information to the personal information you submit to us, except as necessary to block a "banned" user from accessing the website; otherwise, we use this browsing information for internal purposes such as to help understand how the site is being used and to improve it, and for systems administration purposes.

We only collect and store personal information about you if you choose to become a registered user. The only pieces of information we collect from all of our registered users are a username and a valid email address. This username can be your actual name or a pseudonym.

We only use your email address in the initial registration process and in order to send you updates about the site, or if you request a new password or certain news or notifications by e-mail. We do not sell, rent, share or distribute your email address in any way. If you choose to allow it, other registered users will be able to send you emails through the site, but they will not have access to your email address.

We may also share information with third parties in limited circumstances, including when we have a good faith belief that access, use, preservation or disclosure of such information is reasonably necessary to (a) satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request, (b) enforce applicable Terms of Service, including investigation of potential violations thereof, (c) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues, or (d) protect against imminent harm to the rights, property or safety of FFL, its users or the public as required or permitted by law.

After becoming a registered user, you are free to post your own content on the site. All material so posted will be visible to anyone who visits the site.

You have the option of creating a personal profile on the site, in which you may choose to submit additional information about yourself, as well as other content, such as a photograph. If you choose to post a profile, this content will be visible to other registered users of the site.
Please be aware that if you decide to disclose personally identifiable information on the site, this information may become public. FFL does not control the acts of other visitors to ActivistSolutions, so please be cautious when deciding to reveal personal information on the site. If you believe a User is improperly collecting or using information about you or other users, please contact us by e-mail at privacy activistsolutions.org.
