Contributors will be invited to submit their own solution ideas. Participants will choose the problem that they want to work with from a comprehensive list that will be posted on the site – if a particular problem doesn’t appear on the list, it can be added on the spot.
Participants will need to write brief summaries of their solution, and will try to keep them positive, practical, and comprehensive. This first paragraph will serve as a brief introduction to it throughout the site. The further description of the solution should include such issues as: “what are the desired outcomes,” “what actions will be taken to achieve them,” “how will your solution be paid for,” “who will actually do it,” and “who will benefit from it.” These suggestions are intended to make the presentations of solutions easier to organize, to write, and to read.
The solutions posted on the site or added to it will be grouped by the problems addressed and by the similarity of the ideas proposed. After posting the first draft of their ideas for solutions, other users will respond to them by posting linked Open Forum topics, offering suggestions and feedback.
