Program Director

David Greenson began contributing to the Foundation for Feedback Learning projects in 1993. He co-managed one of the community businesses from 1993-2001, and has served as an officer on the Foundation’s Board of Directors since 2006. He was an Assistant Over-All Coordinator for the residential program in 2000. Since 2001, he has collaborated with Mildred Gordon in writing a multiple volume description of Feedback Learning. This work, which is still in process, reflects the results of many years of active experimentation with new approaches to creative behavioral learning and change, problem-solving dialogue, and conflict resolution.
