There are people called Social Work Case Managers who can assist people in navigating the various programs of corporations and government agencies. For more information please see:

There is a shortage of these skilled professionals and they are needed to assist people in poverty and/or people who are looking for work. One of my solutions is to have all clients assigned to a Social Work Case Manager when they apply for unemployment or any other program directly or indirectly funded by any level of government.
