Professional Case Management at NewTown University Hospital and Center for Life Strategies
The hospital shall employ a sufficient number of professional case managers who specialize in medical case management and social work case management. I believe that people should be able to have easy access to social work and medical case management services as needed. Currently there is a dearth of qualified people available in these areas.
One of the things that will be done at the hospital and CLS is to have people who are professionals at filling out the various complex forms that patients need in order to receive services from the so-called social service system; which is a Byzantine mess of agencies, both public and private.
