I believe it is necessary to amend the US Constitution to strictly eliminate all vestiges of corporate personhood and make it very explicit that corporations DO NOT enjoy the same rights as naturally occuring human beings. I further believe that the Constitution should specifically state that forming a Corporation is a PRIVILEGE that is granted by the State for a SPECIFIC period of years to accomplish a SPECIFIC PROJECT after which it shall dissolve and all physical and intellectual property of said corporation shall pass into the public domain
