I have known Mintza and Dave for many years through my involvement in other projects. I currently live in Brooklyn and hope eventually to be able to meet others who want to concentrate on creating solutions. I am registered to the Democratic Party; but consider myself to be an Independent. I don't much care for either party and have registered to many third parties over the years; including Reform, Libertarian, Green and my all time favorite political party; the Natural Law Party, which no longer exists. I am a complicated guy and consider myself to be a progressive libertarian. I am interested particularly in the following problems:

1) There are only two political parties with a reasonable chance of winning a seat in any legislature.

2) There are too few jobs (employment opportunities) that pay a salary or wage that is high enough to meet the REAL and ACTUAL cost of living in today's dollars.

3) The workplace is coercive, involuntary and undemocratic

4) Too much land is paved over for development

5) There is too much urban sprawl

6) Our cities, towns and communities foster alientation and not conviviality
